Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Buzzin ("we") about your use of Buzzin. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Community Guidelines. If you download Buzzin from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; if they conflict, these terms govern to the extent allowed by Apple.
1. Who can use Buzzin
You must be at least 18, able to form a binding contract, and not barred from using Buzzin. One account per person. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe.
2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse
You may not post or send content, or behave in a way, that breaks the Community Guidelines — including harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, impersonation, spam or anything illegal. We filter content, review reports within 24 hours, and may remove content, hide it, suspend or terminate accounts, and report illegal activity to authorities, at our discretion and without notice.
3. Your content
You own what you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and process it only to operate and improve Buzzin and keep it safe. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, and that your photos and Instagram account are your own.
4. Verification and location
Selfie verification, Instagram handles and location checks reduce risk but can't guarantee anyone's identity, intentions or where they live. Buzzin doesn't run background checks.
5. Meeting people
You're responsible for your interactions with other members, online and in person. Meet in public places, or, if you host at home, approve only people you feel good about. Trust your instincts, and report anything that feels wrong. We aren't responsible for members' conduct.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse Buzzin: no scraping, automated access, spoofing your location to join another community, reverse engineering, interfering with security, or using Buzzin for commercial purposes.
7. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
7a. Buzzin+ subscriptions
Buzzin is free. Buzzin+ is an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) bought through the App Store. The price and any free trial are shown in the app before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your Apple ID is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it any time in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions; cancelling stops the next renewal and Buzzin+ stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Deleting your Buzzin account does not cancel the subscription. We may change what Buzzin+ includes or its price; price changes follow Apple's rules and notices. The features of free Buzzin you already use stay free.
8. Disclaimers
Buzzin is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for the conduct of any member. Our total liability is limited to $100.
10. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
11. Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, isn't responsible for product claims or IP claims about Buzzin, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms who may enforce them against you.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; we'll ask you to accept important changes in the app.
